プライバシーポリシー

本ポリシーは、Dev Catが提供する「サプリアプリパクリゴクリ」のiOS版およびAndroid版に適用されます。実際の取扱いはOSと利用する機能によって異なり、その違いを以下に記載します。

1. アプリ内に保存される情報

サプリ名、価格、購入URL、摂取タイミング、メモ、睡眠時間、食事・飲酒メモ、翌朝の体調、体感スコアなどを端末内に保存します。これらのデータを開発者のサーバーに送信しません。アカウント登録も必要ありません。

iOS版では、サプリ名、商品画像または画像URL、購入URL、成分メモ、価格、数量、摂取タイミング、購入予定の状態などを保存します。Android版ではこれらに加えて、サプリのメモと、睡眠時間、食事・飲酒メモ、翌朝の体調、疲労・眠気・頭痛・体の重さ、体感スコアなどの体感メモを保存します。

センシティブなメモが予期せずクラウドへ複製されることを避けるため、Android版ではアプリデータのバックアップと端末間転送を無効にしています。

端末内の登録情報は、ユーザーがアプリ内で削除するか、アプリをアンインストールするまで保持されます。iOSで端末から選択した商品画像はアプリの書類領域に保存され、登録項目の削除または画像の差し替え後も画像ファイルが残る場合があります。そのファイルを含むアプリ領域のデータは、アプリをアンインストールすると削除されます。iOSでは、OSのバックアップまたは端末移行の設定により、Appleが管理するバックアップへ含まれる場合があります。広告、購入、接続先サイトが別途処理する情報については、以下の各項目をご確認ください。

2. URLからの商品情報取得

ユーザーが入力したHTTPSの商品URLへ端末から接続し、商品名、画像URL、価格の候補を取得します。接続先サイトには通常のWebアクセスと同様にIPアドレス等が伝わる場合があります。

3. 広告、ATTおよびUMP

iOS版ではバナー広告を表示します。Android版の無料利用では、バナー広告、一部操作後の全画面広告、ユーザーが選択して視聴するリワード広告を表示します。Google Mobile Ads SDKは、端末情報、広告ID、概算位置、広告操作情報等を処理する場合があります。必要な地域ではGoogle User Messaging Platformによる同意画面を表示します。

これらは公開版の無料利用時に使う広告枠です。Googleは、IPアドレス、端末やアプリの情報、広告ID、概算位置情報、広告の表示・操作情報、利用状況、診断情報などを、広告配信、効果測定、不正防止、セキュリティおよび診断のために処理する場合があります。

Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）でパーソナライズ広告に同意しない場合も、Googleが保持する同意状態に従い、広告をリクエストできるときはパーソナライズされていない広告を表示します。必要な同意状態を取得できない場合、本アプリは新しい広告を読み込みません。

iOS版ではApp Tracking Transparencyの許可を確認します。トラッキングを許可しない場合もアプリの機能は変わらず、パーソナライズされていない広告を表示します。詳細は「Googleのサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報のGoogleによる使用」をご確認ください。

4. 課金

Android版のプレミアム購入と復元はGoogle Play Billingを利用します。決済情報はGoogle Playが管理し、本アプリがクレジットカード番号等を取得することはありません。iOS版にはアプリ内課金はありません。

Android版のプレミアムは、広告を恒久的に非表示にし、サプリの登録上限を解除する買い切りの非消費型商品です。無料版ではサプリを10件まで登録でき、ユーザーが選択してリワード広告を視聴すると広告を24時間非表示にできます。価格、購入確認、返金および購入記録はGoogle Playの表示と規約に従います。Googleは商品ID、購入状態、取引情報、購入用識別子、端末・アプリ情報および診断情報を、決済、復元、不正防止、サポートのために処理する場合があります。

5. 通知

ユーザーが有効にした場合のみ、端末内で毎日のサプリ確認通知を予約します。通知データを外部サーバーへ送信しません。

6. 保持、削除とお問い合わせ

登録情報はアプリ内から個別に削除できます。アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内のデータも削除されます。お問い合わせはbiz.takanashi.app@gmail.comへお送りください。

Googleや接続先サイトが処理する情報の保持と削除は、それぞれの事業者の規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従います。Dev Catが管理するお問い合わせ情報について、確認または削除を希望する場合は、下記お問い合わせ先へご連絡ください。

利用規約

1. 適用と利用条件

本規約は、Dev Catが提供する「サプリアプリパクリゴクリ」のiOS版およびAndroid版に適用されます。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとします。本アプリは、法令と第三者の権利を守り、個人の記録を管理する目的で利用してください。

2. 医療に関する注意

本アプリが表示する情報と体感の集計は、ユーザー自身の記録を整理するための目安です。医師、薬剤師その他の専門家による診断、治療、投薬指示の代わりにはなりません。体調に異変がある場合や、薬とサプリの併用に不安がある場合は、必ず専門家へ相談してください。

3. 広告と課金

広告の種類、同意管理およびAndroid版の買い切り商品は、本ポリシーの記載とアプリ内またはGoogle Playの表示に従います。広告報酬、購入状態、登録上限その他の機能を不正に取得または操作してはいけません。

4. 知的財産

本アプリを構成するプログラム、画像、文章、名称その他の権利は、Dev Catまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。法令で認められる場合を除き、無断で複製、改変、再配布してはいけません。

5. 免責

開発者は、法令上認められる範囲で、本アプリの利用または利用できなかったことによる間接的損害に対し責任を負いません。商品ページから取得した情報は正確でない場合があるため、保存前にユーザーが確認してください。

6. 規約の変更

法令、サービス内容、利用する外部SDKの変更に応じて本ページを更新することがあります。重要な変更は本ページの最終更新日でお知らせします。

7. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。法令上別の取扱いが必要な場合を除き、本アプリに関する紛争には日本法を適用します。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS and Android versions of PakuriGokuri provided by Dev Cat. Data handling differs by operating system and by the features you choose, as explained below.

1. Information stored in the app

The app stores supplement names, prices, purchase URLs, intake times, notes, sleep duration, meal and alcohol notes, next-morning condition, perceived-effect scores, and similar records on your device. The developer does not receive these records on a developer-operated server, and you do not need to create an account.

The iOS app stores supplement names, product images or image URLs, purchase URLs, ingredient notes, prices, quantities, intake times, reorder status, and related details. In addition to similar supplement details, the Android app stores supplement notes and experience notes such as sleep duration, meal and alcohol notes, next-morning condition, fatigue, sleepiness, headache, body heaviness, and perceived-effect scores.

On Android, app backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled to reduce the risk that sensitive notes are unexpectedly copied to cloud or transfer storage.

On-device records are retained until you delete them in the app or uninstall the app. On iOS, a product image selected from your device is stored in the app's documents area. Its image file may remain after you delete the related record or replace the image, but it is deleted with the app's data when you uninstall the app. iOS records may also be included in backups managed by Apple when operating-system backup or device-transfer features are enabled. Information separately processed by advertising, purchase, or destination-site providers is described below.

2. Retrieving product information from a URL

When you enter an HTTPS product URL, your device connects to that website to retrieve candidate product names, image URLs, and prices. The destination website may receive information normally sent during a web request, such as your IP address.

3. Advertising, ATT, and UMP

The released iOS app displays banner ads. The released Android app displays banner ads, occasional interstitial ads after certain actions, and rewarded ads that you choose to watch while using the free version. These are production ad placements used in the released free app.

The app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google may process IP address, device and app information, advertising identifiers, approximate location, ad impressions and interactions, usage data, and diagnostic data for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and diagnostics.

Where required, the app uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present consent choices. If you do not consent to personalized advertising, Google Mobile Ads follows the consent state stored by UMP and serves non-personalized ads when an ad request is permitted. If the required consent state cannot be obtained, the app does not load a new ad.

On iOS, the app also requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. If you deny or restrict tracking, app features remain available and the app requests non-personalized ads. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services for details.

4. In-app purchases

Only the Android app offers an in-app purchase. Its Premium product is a one-time, non-consumable purchase handled and restorable through Google Play Billing. It permanently removes ads and removes the ten-supplement registration limit. Free Android users may also choose to watch a rewarded ad to hide ads for 24 hours. The iOS app does not offer an in-app purchase.

Google Play manages the payment details; the app does not obtain your full payment-card number. Price, purchase confirmation, refunds, and purchase records are governed by Google Play's display and terms. Google may process product ID, purchase status, transaction information, a purchase identifier, device and app information, and diagnostic data for payment, restoration, fraud prevention, and support.

5. Notifications

Only when you enable notifications does the app schedule daily supplement reminders locally on your device. Notification data is not sent to an external server.

6. Retention, deletion, and privacy requests

You can delete individual records in the app. Uninstalling the app deletes its on-device data. Information processed by Google or destination websites is retained and deleted under each provider's terms and privacy policy. To request access to or deletion of contact information controlled by Dev Cat, use the contact address below.

Terms of Use

1. Scope and permitted use

These Terms apply to the iOS and Android versions of PakuriGokuri provided by Dev Cat. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. Use the app lawfully, respect third-party rights, and use it for managing your personal records.

2. Medical disclaimer

Information and perceived-effect summaries shown by the app are aids for organizing your own records. They do not replace diagnosis, treatment, or medication instructions from a physician, pharmacist, or other qualified professional. If you experience a health problem or are unsure about combining medicine and supplements, consult a qualified professional.

3. Ads and purchases

Ad formats, consent management, and the Android one-time product are governed by this policy and by the information shown in the app or on Google Play. You must not improperly obtain or manipulate ad rewards, purchase status, registration limits, or other app functionality.

4. Intellectual property

Rights in the software, images, text, names, and other materials that make up the app belong to Dev Cat or their lawful owners. Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

5. Disclaimer of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect loss resulting from use of, or inability to use, the app. Product information retrieved from a product page may be inaccurate, and you are responsible for checking it before saving it.

6. Changes

This page may be updated when laws, app features, or third-party SDKs change. Material updates are identified by the last-updated date on this page.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan unless applicable law requires otherwise.
